Hey, apples!

Yes, I went to England.

It's snowing outside!

Ahh, the evil twin. >=)

It's so misty over there. But hey, why am I wearing shorts? Hmm, something's fishy over here.

Okay, I admit it. I did not go to Wonderland and visit Alice. And neither did I go to England.

I WENT TO BALI!

Before we boarded the plane, we went to Old Town White Coffee to have our lunch.

Taking pictures of sugar. -_- Look at the evil twin.

I was so bored. But I like this picture with the sugar raining down, giving a soft and mild effect. ;]

We didn't know they were serving food in the plane. Although I was extremely bloated, I still gobbled down the food. Didn't I mention once I love food? =D

Look. They served Häagen-Dazs for dessert. *mouth waters*

When we arrived at the Ayodya Hotel, they served us our welcome drink.

Rich, pure and original guava juice. Mmm... If you're wondering why the juice didn't flow out of the rattan, it's because there's a glass inside, you blindie.

People say you could get lost in the hotel. I strongly agree with that. And you could lose a few pounds by just walking to your room from the lobby.

This is just the walkway from the lobby to the rooms... *speechless*

The next day, we went to Bali Collection before heading off to Ulu Watu to watch the sunset in the evening. It was breathtaking, amazing, awesome and I-don't-know-what-to-think-of beautiful. Plus the monkeys there were snatch thieves - they took whatever they see. They must have been trained by the people there to steal stuff and give the stolen goods to their masters, I thought.

Wow.

Naughty chimp. Stealing a poor kid's shades is not funny.

They were going to perform this Kecak dance when the sun was setting. It wasn't even a dance, I'd say. It's called Kecak dance not because there's special meaning to it; it's named like that simply because the dancers shouts "Kecak! Kecak! Kecak!" non-stop throughout the whole dance. It's kinda hilarious. We waited a about half an hour till our butts hurt from sitting so long when the dancers started performing. Mmm. *frowns*

Super awesome.

There you go. The Kecak-ers.

Not really sure when this two started fighting. I didn't read the background story that was given to us before the dance started so I don't know the story.

Suddenly, it became a fire dance???

Haha, me and one of the monsters.

When we were having our dinner at the seaside, this dog suddenly appeared beside where my dad sat and lie there. My dad must have been up to something. No dog in its right mind will sit beside my dad for no reason. Must be the fish morsels on the sand that attracted it. *nods head knowingly*

Emerald eyes are pretty. ;)

In Bali, if you want to swim in the sea, you go to a beach. If you want to breathe in cold air, you go to the mountains. And that's where we went the next day (or some other day; I forgot) - Kintamani. Lunch was delicious when we witnessed the beauty of the volcano. LOL, sounds weird.

I can't stop shivering when my dad snapped this picture. It was super freaking cold.

Suddenly, the volcano exploded!

Lava started trickling down the side of the volcano and my body parts flew all over the place. I saw my hand landed on someone's plate. He screamed.

Okay, just kidding. Back to the story.

At night, we had our dinner in a special shop. We stuffed ourselves with a whole chicken and a whole fish. You did not read wrongly. Yes, together with the bones. Or else why would I say the shop is special? They are skilled in pressurized-cooking till the bones are all crispy and yummy. It felt great munching those bones. Even dogs can't do that - they only nibble on bones not swallow them.

Waiting patiently for food. Okay, impatiently.

Some day later, we went to I-forgot-what-this-place-is-called. I only know there's another volcano. What's so cool with this volcano is there's a lake in the peak of the volcano. What if one day the volcano got active again? Will it blast the tourists seated in speedboats floating on the lake off to outer space? I'd never know.

Some temple thingie.

On the lake.

At least there's beautiful flowers all around. Evil twin's pose looks kinda strange. *raises eyebrows*

Up a speedboat we go and away from land we went!

Is that a village I see? Do natives stay there? I can't wait to see a Red Indian!

Astaga! It's a high-class hotel!

See those little people? They're welcoming us back from our little boat trip. =P

Our guide, Adi, invited us over for a Balinese dinner in his house. It was scrumdiddlyumptious! If you're wondering what that means, go check out Roald Dahl's books - they're freaking awesome.

Romantic, is it not? The thingie circling the light is made out of a sliced-thin banana tree trunk. Adi's wife sells these to hotels and boy, do they earn big bucks from these!

Time to go back. Sad to leave, but finally, home sweet home.

Last picture with the hotel. Yes, it is very grand.

Hey, lemme show you something.

What do you think this is?

Cotton, maybe?

THINK AGAIN.

THEY'RE CLOUDS!

Über fluffy clouds! Cuddly clouds! Soft clouds! Thick clouds! (As if I've touched clouds before and know how it feels like. *rolls eyes*)

Finally, touched down in Malaysia! =D!

Aww, poor Cloudie, wandering all by yourself above Bolehland.

I have more snapshots and videos but I'm super lazy to upload them. Takes up most of my precious time. So be grateful and appreciate these, alright? If you really really really want to see them, drop by my house (only those with my permission to do so)! =)

By the way, "Astaga!" means "Oh, my God!" in Indonesian. We learnt it after watching plenty of English movies while reading the Indonesian subtitles. I found out that we use "Oh, my God!" very frequently because the word "Astaga!" kept appearing at the bottom of the TV screen. == The evil twin shouted, "Astaga!" when my mum was haggling with a seller (my mum haggles like a pro *brags*) and the seller burst out laughing. Seriously, it was HEE-LAY-RIOUS!

The evil twin could be so cute sometimes.

I said, SOMETIMES.

And I really hate that Upin & Ipin show. Screening in Disney Channel almost every single hour. We wanted to watch some Mr. Bean cartoon or Shaun the Sheep in the hotel but that stupid show kept hogging the screen.

Screw that show.
